My name is Matthew and I am the Pastor of Discipleship at Tulsa First Methodist Church in Tulsa, OK.
I have been a pastor for twenty years. I graduated from Asbury Theological Seminary in 2003, served as an elder in the Arkansas Conference of the United Methodist Church, and have been in Tulsa since 1 July 2023. I also received from Asbury Theological Seminary the Doctor of Ministry degree in 2017. My project was on Reintroducing the Doctrine and Experience of Christian Perfection to United Methodists.
I have been married to my wife since 2001 and we have one incredibly awesome daughter.
